Instrument Panel Fuse Block (IPFB)
REMOVAL1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect positive battery cable.
3. Remove left and right lower trim panel extension by pulling outward at dual-lock locations.
4. Rotate panels outward to disengage hinges from console.
5. Remove connectors.
(1) I/P, BLK 68-way
(2) Body, GRA 68-way
(3) I/P, BLK 24-way
6. Remove nut holding the IPFB in place.
7. Remove IPFB from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. Align IPFB in place.
2. Install nut to hold IPFB in place
Torque:
I/P Fuse Block-to-H-Brace: 2.2 N.m (20 in-lbs)
3. Install connectors.
(1) I/P, BLK 68-way
(2) Body, GRA 68-way
(3) I/P, BLK 24-way
4. Install left and right lower trim panel extensions.
4.1 Insert extension panel binges into console.
4.2 Close extension panel.
4.3 Push extension panel at dual-lock locations to secure in place.
5. Connect positive battery cable.
6. Connect negative battery cable.
