Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve: Service and Repair

VACUUM CHECK VALVE/GROMMET

REMOVAL





1. Remove check valve and grommet from booster.
2. Remove check valve from vacuum hose.

INSTALLATION

1. Lubricate outside diameter of grommet with silicone grease and install in booster.
2. Lubricate both ends of valve, install into hose, and secure retaining clips.
3. Install check valve with hose into booster.
