Sunroof Locator Blocks Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Open the sunroof.
2. Remove the locator block fastening screws.
3. Remove the locator block using the needle-nose pliers.



Installation Procedure





1. Apply the Loctite 242(R) threadlocker, or equivalent, to the screws. Ensure that the last few threads are covered.
2. Install the locator blocks.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the locator block fastening screws.

Tighten the sunroof locator blocks-to-sunroof module fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
