Sunroof Assembly

REMOVAL




1. Remove headliner.




2. Disconnect drain hoses (four) from corners of sunroof assembly.
3. Remove sunroof assembly from vehicle by folding rear seats down and removing through rear compartment.
4. Remove sunroof module bolts.

INSTALLATION




1. Install sunroof assembly to vehicle by folding rear seat in down position, opening the decklid, and feeding sunroof through rear compartment into vehicle.
2. Connect drain hoses (four) to corners of sunroof assembly.




3. Install sunroof module bolts.

Torque:
Sunroof Module-to-Roof Panel Bolts: 4 N.m (35 in-lbs)

4. Install headliner.




5. Align encapsulated glass to roof, 0-1 mm (0-3/64 in.) lower than roof in the front and 0-1 mm (0-3/64 in.) higher than roof in the rear. If adjustment is necessary, loosen four bolts on encapsulated glass and align with roof to specifications at four locations indicated by arrows.
6. Verify smooth operation.
7. Verify alignment of glass panel to roof.
