- 87-91 -220 Drift, Main Shift Rod Bushing
- 87-91-311 Sleeve, Bearing Driver Shaft
- 87-92-210 Support, Differential Bearing
- 87-92-236 Support
- SA9113T Axle Seal Installer
- SA9172G Ball Detent Handle

DISASSEMBLY





1. Press out input shaft bearing race using Output Shaft Bearing Race Sleeve 87-91-204. Use Support 87-92-236 as a base for pressing operation.

NOTICE: Be careful not to score or damage clutch housing with screwdriver.





2. Remove shift control shaft seal with a screwdriver as shown.





3. Tap out shift control shaft bushing using Drift, Main Shift Rod Bushing 87-91-220.





4. Tap out axle seal and discard.

NOTICE: When driving out the differential bearing race, tap equally on opposite sides of the race to avoid damaging the race bore.





5. Tap out differential bearing race using a punch and hammer.

ASSEMBLY





1. Press in new differential bearing race using Axle Seal Installer SA9113T and Ball Detent Handle SA9172G. Use sleeve Support 87-92-236 as a base for pressing operation.





2. Install new axle sea] using Axle Seal Installer SA91 13T and Ball Detent Handle SA9172G.





3. Install shift control shaft bushing using Drift, Main Shift Rod Bushing 87-91-220.





4. Fill shift control shaft seal lips with grease and drive into clutch housing using Support, Differential Bearing 87-92-210 and a hammer. The spring side of seal should face in.





5. Press in new input shaft bearing race using Drift, Bearing Race Input Shaft 83-90-312. Use Sleeve 83-90- 114 and Sleeve, Bearing Driver Shaft 87-91-311 as a base for pressing operation.
