Window Rear Lower Guide and Weatherstrip - Front Door

REMOVAL




1. Remove door trim panel.
2. Remove water deflector.
3. Put window in full up position.




4. Remove bolt from run channel.
5. Remove front door inside handle by sliding forward and disengaging door latch actuator rod.
6. Remove door latch actuator rod from guide in door structure.




7. Remove weatherstrip and window run channel.

INSTALLATION




1. Install window run channel and weatherstrip by sliding up into hook latch slot and install bolt.

Torque:
Window Run Channel Fastener: 10 N.m (89 in-lbs)




2. Install lock rod onto inside handle and install handle to door structure by placing handle in position and sliding handle rearward.

IMPORTANT: Replace water deflector if damaged.




3. Install water deflector.
4. Install trim panel.
