Rear Door Lock Pillar Applique

REMOVAL




1. Open rear door.
2. Unsnap weatherstrip around rear of roof rail and partially remove.




3. Partially remove weatherstrip in rear door opening.




4. Remove C-pillar applique screws in door opening.
5. Remove C-pillar applique by prying up from the door opening area and then rearward to detach from adhesive strips.
6. Clean old adhesive strips from C-pillar and applique.

INSTALLATION




1. Install new adhesive strips to C-pillar.
2. Install applique to C-pillar by aligning applique to rear of body.
3. Install applique to C-pillar and install screws.

Torque:
C-pillar Applique Fasteners: 4 N.m (35 in-lbs)




4. Install weatherstrip around rear of roof rail.




5. Install weatherstrip in rear door opening.
6. Close door and verify proper seal and alignment.
