- SA921IT-4 Thread on Adapter

DISASSEMBLY





1. Mount differential in a vise with soft jaws.

NOTICE: Thread on Adapter SA9211T-4 must be used on 5th Gear Puller SA9211T-2 when removing differential bearings. If adapter is not used, the puller can be damaged.

2. Remove differential bearings using puller SA921 IT-2 with adapter SA921 IT-4. Use Differential Bearing Support 87-92-210 as a base for the puller as shown.

ASSEMBLY





1. Press differential bearings onto differential assembly using Differential Bearing Installer SA9120T and Ball Detent Handle SA9172G. Use bearing support 87-92-210 under the differential as shown.
2. To change the differential bearing races, refer to procedures in "Clutch Housing Disassembly/Assembly" and "Transaxle Case Disassembly/Assembly".
