Manual Seat Height Adjuster - Driver Side Only

REMOVAL




1. Remove seat from vehicle.




2. Remove recliner lever retaining clip and remove lever.




3. Remove height adjuster handle fastener and remove height adjuster handle.




4. Remove outer valance fasteners and remove outer valance.




5. Remove height adjuster mechanism fasteners and remove mechanism.

INSTALLATION




1. Position seat height adjuster mechanism to seat adjuster while pushing on seat cushion to align mechanism gear with seat adjuster.
2. Install fasteners.

Torque:
Manual Seat Height Adjuster-to-Seat Fasteners: 6 N.m (53 in-lbs)




3. Install outer valance with fasteners.

Torque:
Outer Seat Valance Fasteners: 2.5 N.m (22 in-lbs)




4. Install height adjuster handle with fastener.

Torque:
Manual Seat height Adjuster Handle Fastener: 2.5 N.m (22 in-lbs)




5. Install recliner lever with retaining Clip.




6. Install seat into vehicle.
