Air Conditioning Condenser Baffle Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the air duct to upper tie bar plastic pushpin fasteners.
2. Remove the lower fascia to air duct and the air duct to air deflector retaining screws.
3. Remove the air duct to lower tie bar (vertical attachment) bolts and the lower air duct by carefully pulling bottom of the lower fascia forward to provide clearance and remove.
4. Remove the J-clips.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the J-clips.
2. Install the air duct by pulling the lower fascia forward at the bottom to provide clearance and raise the duct into position by inserting molded pilots on the air duct into locating holes in the lower tie bar.
3. Install the air duct to the upper tie bar plastic pushpin fasteners.
4. Install the air duct to lower tie bar (vertical attachment) bolts, lower the fascia to air duct and air duct to the air deflector retaining screws.
