RADIO REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Pull out on the accessory trim plate in order to release the retaining fasteners.




2. Disconnect the accessory trim plate electrical connector(s).




3. Remove the screws from the radio and pull the radio out.




4. Disconnect the radio electrical connectors and remove the radio.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Place the radio in the vehicle and connect the radio electrical connectors.




2. Push the radio into position and install the screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the radio screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).




3. Connect the accessory trim plate electrical connector(s).




4. Align the retaining fasteners with the instrument panel (I/P).Push on the outer edge of the accessory trim plate in order to secure the retaining fasteners.
