SEAT BELT BUCKLE REPLACEMENT - FRONT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Left Side Shown, Right Side Similar

1. Remove the front seat.




2. Remove the seat belt buckle connector from the connector housing.




3. Cut the straps attaching the seat belt buckle wiring harness to the seat frame.
4. Remove the front seat belt buckle fastener and remove the buckle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the front seat belt buckle and fastener to the seat frame.

Tighten the seat belt buckle-to-seat frame fasteners to 35 N.m (25 lb ft).




2. Route the seat belt buckle wiring and insert the connector into the connector junction.
3. Install the front seat into the vehicle.
