Headlamp Housing Panel Replacement (Coupe)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
2. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor.




3. Remove the retaining bolts from the headlamp mounting panel.
4. Remove the headlamp mounting panel from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the headlamp mounting panel to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the headlamp mounting panel retaining bolts.

* Tighten the upper tie bar bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
* Tighten the fender bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).


3. Install the ambient air temperature sensor.
4. Install the headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb Replacement in Lighting Systems.
