Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the bolts from the fuel tank filler door.
2. Remove the fuel tank filler door.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel tank filler door.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts to the filler door.

Tighten the fuel tank filler door bolts to 2.8 N.m (24.8 lb in).
