18. Oil Pump Removal

Oil Pump Removal

KM-J-45000 Remover






Important: Note the different screw lengths.


1. Remove the 8 bolts (1, 2).
2. Remove the pump module.
3. Remove the gasket.
4. Remove the 2 coolant pipes from the oil filter housing.
5. Replace the 4 coolant pipe seal rings.
6. Insert the 2 coolant pipes in the oil filter housing.
7. Clean the sealing surface.

Important: Do not damage the sealing surfaces.


8. Using the KM-J-45000 , remove the crankshaft seal ring, front.




9. Remove the 6 oil pump cover bolts (2).
10. Remove the oil pump cover (1).
