Crankshaft Balancer Installation

KM-6625 Flywheel Locking Device





1. Using the KM-6625 , block the crankshaft from rotating.

1. Detach the screwed connection (1).
2. Insert the KM-6625 (2).
3. Tighten the screwed connection (3).






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the crankshaft balancer (1) and bolt (2).

1. Tighten the bolt to 95 N.m (70 lb ft) - first pass.
2. Tighten the bolt 45 degrees +15 degrees - second pass
