8. Engine Coolant Thermostat Removal



Engine Coolant Thermostat Removal





1. Remove the nut (2).
2. Remove the wiring harness bracket (1) from the thermostat housing.
3. Disconnect the thermostat wiring harness plug (4).
4. Remove the 4 thermostat housing bolts.
5. Remove the thermostat housing (3).
6. Remove the thermostat.




7. Remove the 4 coolant flange bolts (6).
8. Remove the coolant flange.
