Rear Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement (3 - Door)

Removal Procedure

Important: When replacing the electrical center, before removing the control unit, carry out a "Reset" using TECH 2. Refer toControl Module References (Programming and Relearning) .



Caution: Refer toBattery Disconnect Caution (Battery Disconnect Caution) .
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Open the liftgate.




3. Open the service flap.
4. Release the rear electrical center.

* Disconnect the 7 wiring harness plugs (1).
* Remove the nut (2).
* Disconnect the retaining lug.





5. Remove the rear electrical center.
For vehicles with park pilot, disconnect the PAS control unit (1) at the rear.



Installation Procedure

1. Insert the rear electrical center.
For vehicles with park pilot, disconnect the PAS control unit at the rear.
2. Install the rear electrical center.

* Install in the retaining lug.
Tighten the nut.
* Connect the 7 wiring harness plugs.

3. Close the service flap.
4. Connect the battery.

5. Program the volatile memories. Refer toControl Module References (Programming and Relearning) .
