Object Alarm Speaker Replacement

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution (Battery Disconnect Caution) .
1. Disconnect the battery.

Important: Remove the headlining in the vehicle interior.


2. Lower the headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (with Sunroof) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair) .




3. Remove the object alarm speaker.

* Disconnect the wiring harness plug (1).
* Remove the speaker (2) from the headlining.




Installation Procedure

1. Install the object alarm speaker.

* Install the speaker to the headlining.
* Connect the wiring harness plug.

2. Install the headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (with Sunroof) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair) .
3. Connect the battery.
4. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References (Programming and Relearning) .
