Front Planetary Ring Gear Disassemble





1. Remove the overrun clutch inner race (520).




2. Remove the overrun clutch inner race thrust washer (521), the overrun clutch inner race thrust bearing race (522) and the overrun clutch inner race thrust bearing with race (523).




3. Remove the overrun clutch retaining ring (524) with a screwdriver from the front planetary ring gear (528).




4. Remove the overrun clutch end bearings (525, 526).




5. Remove the overrun clutch thrust washer (527).




6. Remove the front planetary ring gear flange retaining ring (531) with snap ring pliers.




7. Remove the front planetary ring gear flange (530) from the front planetary ring gear.
8. Remove the front planetary ring gear O-ring seal (529).
