Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement (1st Design)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the right tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct bolt (1) and push pin retainer (3).
4. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Position the air cleaner inlet duct (2) to the side rail.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

2. Install the air cleaner inlet duct bolt (1) and push pin retainer (3).

Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement (Service and Repair).
4. Install the right tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair).
