Exhaust Manifold Installation - Right Side





1. Install a NEW right exhaust manifold gasket.




2. Install the right exhaust manifold.




3. Loosely install the right exhaust manifold upper bolts into the right cylinder head.




4. Loosely install the right exhaust manifold upper bolts into the right cylinder head.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

5. Tighten the right exhaust manifold bolts.

Tighten the right exhaust manifold bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).





6. Place the right exhaust manifold heat shield in position.




7. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

Tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
