Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the upholstery covering all the way around.
2. Remove the head restraint guide sleeve.
Remove the 2 head restraint guide sleeves with the appropriate tool.




3. Remove the upholstery covering.
Remove the 7 clamps.
Remove the upholstery covering.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the upholstery covering.
Position the upholstery covering.
Install the 7 clamps.
2. Install the head restraint guide sleeve.
Engage the 2 head restraint guide sleeves (audible click).
3. Insert the surrounding upholstery covering.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

4. Install the left bracket.

Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).

5. Install the right bracket.

Tighten the 2 bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).

6. Install the rear seat back cushion cover.
Install the 9 clips.
7. Install the headrest.
8. Insert the rear seat back cushion.
9. Install the rear seat back cushion.

* Tighten the 2 bolts, side to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
* Tighten the screw at back to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

Note: Use screw locking compound.

10. Fold down the rear seat back cushion.
Insert the seat belt buckle.

Tighten the front screw to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

11. Install the rear seat.
Insert the rear seat cushion and position.
