Crankshaft Balancer Installation

Special Tools

KM-6625 - Flywheel Locking

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools (Tools and Equipment).




1. Using the KM-6625 - locking , block the crankshaft from rotating.

1. Detach the screwed connection (1).
2. Insert the KM-6625 - locking (2).
3. Tighten the screwed connection (3).





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the crankshaft balancer (1) and bolt (2).

1. Tighten the bolt to 95 Nm (70 lb ft) - first pass.
2. Tighten the bolt 45 degrees + 15 degrees - second pass
