Tail Lamp Circuit Board Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the combined tail lamp.

* Open the access panel.
* Remove the 2 bolts (2).
* Remove the tail lamp circuit board.
* Disconnect the wiring harness plug (1).




2. Remove the tail lamp holder.
Release the 4 clips (1).
3. Transfer the necessary tail lamp components.

Installation Procedure

Note: Retaining clips must engage audibly.

1. Install the bulb holder.
Install the 4 clips.





Note:
* Before installing the tail lamp, ensure that the tail lamp gasket is seated correctly.
* The gasket (1) with the flat side must not be confused with the gasket (3).

2. Install the gasket (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the tail lamp circuit board.

* Connect wiring harness plug.
* Insert tail lamp circuit board.
* Close the access panel.

Tighten the 2 screws to 5 Nm (44 lb in).
