Front Side Door Window Channel Replacement (Sedan)

Removal Procedure




Warning: Refer to Express Down Feature Warning (Service Precautions).

1. Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair)Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Service and Repair).
2. Partly loosen water vapor barrier.

1. Remove the 2 front door retainer base inner panel.
2. Loosen the water vapor barrier in the area of the hatching.




3. Drill out the window channel.
Drill out the 2 rivets.
4. Remove the window channel.

Installation Procedure

Note: Observe installation direction.

1. Install the rear front door window channel.

1. Rivet on 2 rivets.
2. Position in lower guide rail.

2. Install the water vapor barrier.
Install the 2 front door retainer base inner panel.
3. Install the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair)Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Service and Repair).
