INSTRUMENT PANEL: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
(a) Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 heater to register duct.






2. REMOVE NO. 4 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
(a) Remove the 2 screws and No. 4 heater to register duct.






3. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 3 screws and the defroster nozzle assembly.






4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Detach the 4 claws, then remove the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.
5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
HINT: Use the same procedures for the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly and No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.

6. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the front passenger airbag Removal.
7. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION
8. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT PANEL SIDE SILENCER
