TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (with Jam Protection)

(a) Disconnect the P9 switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
HINT: After disconnecting the P9 switch connector, be sure to reconnect it and then reset the power window motor Programming and Relearning.

2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (without Jam Protection)

(a) Disconnect the P17 switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

If the result is not as a specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
3. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (INTEGRATION RELAY)

(a) Disconnect the 1A, 1B, 1E, 1G and 1H junction block connectors.
(b) Disconnect the I6 relay connector.
(c) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

*1: with Jam Protection
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(d) Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform of the ECU.
(1) Waveform 1

HINT: As the vehicle speed increases, the wavelength shortens.

(e) Reconnect the 1A, 1B, 1E, 1G and 1H junction block connectors.
(f) Reconnect the I6 relay connector.
(g) Measure the voltage of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the junction block (integration relay) may have a malfunction.
