SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side): DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp surfaces on the rear seat cushion frame and the rear seatback frame could cause injuries to your hands.

1. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Removal

2. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the belt from the band.
(b) Remove the bolt and the rear center seat inner belt.
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the belt from the band.
(b) Remove the bolt and the rear center seat inner belt.
4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE COVER

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat side hinge cover.
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Using "TORX" socket wrench T45, remove the bolt and the spacer.
(b) Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seat cushion.
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 6 hog rings.
(b) Disengage the 8 hooks and remove the rear seat cushion cover pad.
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Push in the lock button of the rear seat headrest support and remove the rear seat headrest.
8. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Push in the lock button of the rear seat headrest support and remove the rear center seat headrest.
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER COVER

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat lock striker cover.
10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Disconnect the rear seat reclining control cable and the rear seat slide control cable and remove the rear seat lock control lever.
11. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Remove the 2 rear seatback cover bands.

(b) Remove the 7 hog rings.

(e) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 rear seat headrest supports.
HINT: Use the same procedure to remove all the rear seat headrest supports.

12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear seatback cover pad.
13. REMOVE REAR SEAT UNDER TRAY COVER

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clips and the rear seat under tray cover.
14. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING OUTSIDE COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw and the rear seat reclining outside cover.
15. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING OUTSIDE COVER RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat reclining outside cover.
16. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING INSIDE COVER

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat reclining inside cover.
17. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover.
18. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

19. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

(a) Remove the rear seat reclining control cable.
20. REMOVE REAR SEAT SLIDE CONTROL CABLE

(a) Remove the rear seat slide control cable.

(b) Remove the 5 clips.
21. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and the rear side seat cushion leg sub-assembly.
22. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and the rear seat track.
23. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and the rear seat track.
