Installation

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 lock hooks.

2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Place the seat in the cabin.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Temporarily install the 4 bolts.

(c) Tighten the 4 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

Torque : 37 Nm (375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Place the seat in the cabin.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Temporarily install the 5 bolts.

(d) Temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type belt together with the rear center seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

(e) Rotate the rear seat 3 point type belt floor anchor until it contacts the anchor stopper.

(f) Check that the rear seat 3 point type belt floor anchor is in the lock position as shown in the illustration.

(g) Tighten the bolt.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* Make sure that the arrow on the outer belt floor anchor is facing towards the front of the vehicle.
* Do not allow the inner belt floor anchor and outer belt floor anchor to overlap the protruding parts.

4. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the rear hook of the seat cushion to the seatback frame.

(b) Insert the inner belts through the slits on the seat cushion.

(c) Attach the 2 front hooks to install the seat cushion.

(d) Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

CAUTION:
When installing the seat cushion, make sure the seat belt buckle is not under the seat cushion.

10. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation
