DESCRIPTION
While depressing the clutch pedal, the clutch switch sends a signal to terminal 30 (D) of the ECM. The ECM cancels cruise control when terminal 30 (D) receives the signal.

NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the clutch switch Removal.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:

NG -- REPLACE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLUTCH SWITCH - ECM AND BATTERY)
(a) Disconnect the A3 switch connector.
(b) Disconnect the B30 ECM connector.
(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage:
(d) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
