Disassembly

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and recirculation damper servo sub-assembly.





2. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

(a) Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.





3. REMOVE BLOWER W/ FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and blower w/ fan motor sub-assembly.





4. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the air filter case.

5. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Remove the clean air filter.
