Disassembly

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

(a) Remove the front fender liner retainer.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the remaining part.

2. REMOVE CLIP

(a) Remove the clip.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the remaining part.

3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Disengage the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.





4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.





5. REMOVE RADIATOR LOWER GRILLE

(a) Disengage the 16 claws and remove the radiator lower grille.





6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH

(a) Disengage the 7 claws and remove the front bumper side moulding.





7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.





9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the front bumper extension mounting bracket.





11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Remove the front bumper energy absorber.





12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clamps and disconnect the engine room main wire.





(b) Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.





13. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator side deflector.





14. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer.

16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
