Reassembly

EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Engage the claw and install the front bumper side retainer.





(b) Tighten the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the radiator side deflector.





4. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 8 bolts.





Torque : 50 Nm (510 kgf-cm, 37 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the engine room main wire with the 7 clamps.





6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Install the front bumper energy absorber.





7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

(a) Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.





8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper hole cover.





9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH

(a) Engage the 7 claws and install the front bumper side moulding.





11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

12. INSTALL RADIATOR LOWER GRILLE

(a) Engage the 16 claws and install the radiator lower grille.





13. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.





14. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Engage the 6 claws and install the radiator grille.





15. INSTALL CLIP

(a) Install the clip.

16. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

(a) Install the front fender liner retainer.
