Reassembly

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side): REASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp surfaces on the parts could cause injuries to your hands.

1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear seatback lock with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT BELT OUTER ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

(a) Using a hog ring pliers, install the rear seatback cover with 10 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
* Do not soil or scratch the rear seatback cover.
* When installing hog rings, minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear seatback frame.

(b) Using hog ring pliers, install 14 new hog rings as shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:
* Do not soil or scratch the rear seatback cover.
* When installing hog rings, minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

(a) Align the protruding portion of the rear seat headrest support with the installation groove on the rear seatback frame.

(b) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat headrest support.

HINT
Use the same procedure to install all the rear seat headrest supports.

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK COVER RH

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat back cover RH.

HINT
Use the same procedure to install all the rear seat back cover RH.

7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seatback stop button grommet.

8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

(a) Install the rear seatback lock release button.

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

(a) Move the rear seat shoulder belt cover in the direction indicated by arrow A in the illustration to engage the 2 claws.

(b) Move the rear seat shoulder belt cover in the direction indicated by arrow B in the illustration to engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

10. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the seat belt anchor cover cap.

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
