Reassembly

2AZ-FE FUEL: FUEL PUMP: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FUEL WITH FILTER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install it onto the fuel filter.





NOTICE:
Do not disassemble the fuel pump and the suction filter because they are non-reusable parts.

(b) Connect the fuel pump harness.





(c) Engage the 5 claws of the fuel with filter pump assembly.





NOTICE:
* Do not remove the suction filter.
* Do not use either the fuel pump or the suction filter if the suction filter is removed from the fuel pump.

(d) Engage the 4 claws on the fuel suction support and install the fuel filter and the fuel pump onto the fuel sub-tank.





(e) Connect the fuel pump filter hose.





(f) Connect the fuel pump harness connector.





(g) Connect the 2 harness clamps.

NOTICE:
Do not damage the wire harness.

(h) Connect the fuel pump harness connector.
