SUBJECT: OWNER'S MANUAL CORRECTIONS

Figure 1 - Digital Instrument Panel:

1) 1985 XT Coupe Owner's Manual.

On Page 26 of the 1985 XT Coupe Owner's Manual and on Page 7, Section 1-4 of the 1985 XT Coupe Service Manual, both FWD and 4WD Digital Dash illustrations show Item 10, the "KM/MILE SELECT BUTTON" as being part of the digital assembly. (See illustration below).

This item is not available on any XT Coupe with a digital dash or any replacement digital dash assembly produced for the U.S. domestic market.


2) 1985 Station Wagon, 4-Door Sedan Owner's Manual and XT Coupe Owner's Manual.

There is a misprint concerning the 1985 trip computer in the following 1985 Owner's Manual printings.

This misprint concerning the range display states that when the "RESET" button is pressed, four lines are shown in the display readout. Later production vehicles do not operate in this manner. When the "RESET" button is depressed, the readout on the display does not change.
