1. Raise and support front of vehicle and remove wheels.
2. Remove bolts securing stabilizer shaft bracket to left and right transverse links, then disconnect brackets.
3. Remove bolts securing stabilizer bushing brackets to front crossmember and the brackets.
4. Remove crossmember jack-up plate retaining bolts, plate and the stabilizer shaft assembly, Fig. 3.
5. Transfer end brackets to replacement shaft and ensure crossmember bushing is positioned in bent portion of shaft.
6. Reverse procedure to install, torquing all fasteners to specifications shown in Fig. 3 with vehicle at normal ride height.
