Fig. 16 Trouble Codes 1-4 (Faulty Solenoid Valve Corresponding With Wheel):

CHECK HYDRAULIC UNIT SOLENOID
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Ground check-connector terminal, and check solenoid valve for operation (sound which indicates proper operation). Each time solenoid activates, system circuit is interrupted. To check again, first turn ignition switch OFF and then ON.

1 (B47) No.3 - Body
2 (B47) No.12 - Body
3 (B47) No.13 - Body
4 (B47) No.2 - Body

CHECK SOLENOID (ON ABS CONTROL UNIT SIDE)

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Attach circuit tester's positive probe to terminal (corresponding with solenoid) and ground probe to ground and measure voltage between terminal and ground. Each time solenoid activates, system circuit is interrupted. To check again, first turn ignition switch OFF and then ON.

2 (P12) No.35 - Body
3 (P12) No.19 - Body
4 (P12) No.18 - Body

Specified Voltage: 0 V (solenoid in operation)
