Main Harness

1. Disarm SRS as described under Technician Safety Information.
2. Remove lower cover and lower cover panel, then disconnect air bag connectors AB3 and AB8 below steering column. Do not connect these connectors again until main harness is securely installed.
3. Remove front console box.
4. Disconnect 12-pin yellow connector from air bag control unit, then body harness connector from connector AB1.
5. Roll up floor mat and lefthand side sill cover.
6. Remove main harness from clip and protector.
7. Reverse procedure to install. After completing installation, arm SRS as described under Technician Safety Information.
