Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery cables, then remove battery from vehicle.
2. Drain engine coolant.

3. Disconnect radiator outlet hoses, then ATF cooler hoses, Fig. 72.
4. Remove drive belt cover, then disconnect inlet hoses.
5. Disconnect electrical connections from radiator main fan and sub fan if equipped.
6. Remove radiator upper brackets.
7. Remove radiator assembly.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Refill and bleed cooling system as outlined under Cooling System / Service and Repair.
