Repair Method 2

1. With the door panel removed, raise the door glass to its highest position; then remove the audio speaker.

2. Locate the lower portion of the front door glass track.





3. Using a suitable pry tool, enlarge the width of the lower (narrow) portion of the door glass track approximately 0.5 to 0.8 mm as shown in Figure "B".

4. Apply grease to the lower portion of the front door glass track.





5. Apply a felt cushioning material, found at most hardware stores, (L-20 mm x W-20 mm x H-3 mm) to the end portion of the of regulator "A" channel, as shown in Figure "C".

CAUTION:
If you enlarge the front door glass track greater than specified, a rattle noise may result when the glass is operated. This will not be considered a matter for Warranty.
