M/T - Pops Out Of First Gear While Driving

SUBJECT:
First Gear Popping Out

If you encounter a customer complaint of the 1st gear popping out while driving, refer to Section 3-1 of the applicable Service Manual for proper diagnosis. If all diagnostic procedures are exhausted, the cause may be the clearance between the driven shaft and 1st driven gear, and gear hub assembly. If you encounter this customer complaint, please use the following parts for repair:

(1) Gear 1st Driven and Shaft Driven Set (P/N 32031AA000)

(2) Gear and Hub Assembly (P/N 32219AA270, 32219AA260)





Please select the correct combination of (1) and (2) according to the application chart, and install both of them in the transmission according to the Service Manual. All mating gears must be replaced as a set.
