TEST 10AG2: CHECK STOP LIGHT SWITCH OUTPUT USING SCAN TOOL
1) Release the brake pedal.
2) Read the stop light switch output on the scan tool display.
CHECK: Is the reading indicated on monitor display greater than 4.5 Volts?
YES: Test 10AG5
NO: Test 10AG3
