TCS Operating Indicator Light Does Not Go Off

OVERVIEW
When starting the engine, ABS warning, Traction Control System (TCS) warning and TCS OFF indicator lights come on and go off properly, but only TCS operating indicator light remains lit.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Check harness connector between abs/tcs control module and TCS operating indicator light as follows:
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect connector from ABS/TCS control module.





3. Measure resistance between ABS/TCS control module connector (P6) terminal 11 and body. Resistance should be 1 M ohm.
