Pressure Sensor

- The pressure sensor is of the type that is made integral with an intake air temperature sensor and is mounted on the intake manifold to measure the absolute air pressure in the intake manifold as well as its temperature.

The measured pressure and temperature of the air is then converted into electrical signals and sent to the ECM. The ECM uses those signals from the sensor to control injection and ignition timing as well as the fuel injection amount.
