Check Battery Disconnect Protection

CHECK BATTERY DISCONNECT PROTECTION
1. Remove the key from the ignition switch.
2. Close all the doors and rear gate or trunk lid.
3. Open the front hood.
4. Press the LOCK/ARM button of the transmitter.
5. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
6. Reconnect the cable to the battery.
7. Check that the security indicator light blinks after reconnecting the battery cable.
If NG, replace the security control module.
