ABS WARNING LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON.

DIAGNOSIS:
^ ABS warning light circuit is open or shorted.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
^ When the ignition switch is turned to ON (engine OFF), ABS warning light does not come on.
