Exhaust System: Description and Operation

General
^ The exhaust system consists of front exhaust pipes, three-way catalytic converters, a center exhaust pipe, a rear exhaust pipe and a muffler. The front three-way catalytic converter and rear three way catalytic converter are incorporated in the center exhaust pipe.
^ The exhaust system features an improved sound suppression design; the two branches of the front exhaust pipe join at a point almost equal in distance from the engines exhaust ports and the rear exhaust pipe has sound absorbing chambers in addition to a large capacity muffler.
