DETECTING CONDITION:
Condition:
^ Engine coolant temperature is above 95°C (203°F).
^ Vehicle speed is below 19 km/h (12 MPH).

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
^ Radiator main fan does not rotate under the above conditions.
